Does every resident need to download something?
Residents use VillaSafe on any smartphone and can add it to their home screen like an app. Their guests don’t need anything except WhatsApp.
Will residents actually use it?
Residents use it because it saves them the phone calls from the gate. Sending a pass takes a few taps, and guests don’t install anything: the pass arrives on WhatsApp. You can invite every resident with a single sign-up link for your estate.
Can residents raise an alarm?
Yes. Every resident has a panic button in the app. One tap alerts estate admins and security at once, and each response is tracked.
What if a guest doesn’t have a smartphone?
Every pass has a PIN as well as a QR code. The guest reads the PIN out at the gate and the guard checks it in the app.
